Flat roofs live or die on their seams and flashings. We use quality membrane systems — including modified-bitumen products from Canadian manufacturers like IKO — and detail the edges, drains and penetrations so water cannot find a way in.

If your flat roof is ponding, blistering or leaking, we will assess whether a targeted repair will do or whether the system has reached the end of its life, and give you a straight answer either way.
